The Ocean Bound Plastic (OBP) Brand Standard has been developed to complement the OBP Recycling Subprogram, allowing Brands to make Third Party Certified OBP Claims. This Standard is focused on:
- Ensuring Brands are licensed to use the OBP logos on their promotional Claims and that Claims are properly elaborated within the OBP program guidelines.
- Ensuring Claims represent correct OBP products and the impact created.
Standard newly released
The OBP Brand Standard is now released, certification bodies are currently in the process of integrating it to their scope. It is possible already for you to enquire and prepare yourself for certification. The brand standard is available, like all other OBP documents in the document center.
